Parents and teachers have been celebrating Sulivan’s latest success this week after being ranked as the top school in Hammersmith and Fulham. The results published in the Evening Standard performance league tables of London primary schools showed that Sulivan pupils taking the National Curriculum tests outperformed their peers from 34 other schools.
The national target for 11 year olds is to achieve a Level 4 in reading, writing and maths. At Sulivan, 100 % achieved Level 4 in maths and 97% achieved Level 4 in reading and writing.
Headteacher Wendy Aldridge praised the achievement by saying:
” At Sulivan we aim for every child to reach their potential. We strive to raise standards and achievement for all pupils and the league tables are one way of showing our success. I am incredibly proud of our pupils and the dedicated teachers at Sulivan”.
